Bron Breakker

Bronson Rechsteiner, known professionally as Bron Breakker, is an American professional wrestler and former football player, currently signed to WWE. Born on October 24th, 1997, in Woodstock, Georgia, he is the son of wrestling legend Rick Steiner and the nephew of Scott Steiner, collectively known as the Steiner Brothers. Standing at 6 feet tall and weighing 250 pounds, Breakker has quickly established himself as a dominant force in professional wrestling.

During his time at Etowah High School in Woodstock, Breakker excelled in both football and wrestling, winning the Georgia Class AAAAAA state championship in the 220-pound weight class in 2016. He continued his education at Kennesaw State University, majoring in criminal justice and playing as a running back for the Kennesaw State Owls. In 2020, Breakker pursued a career in professional football, signing with the Baltimore Ravens as an undrafted free agent. However, he was released in August of that year, leading him to shift his focus to professional wrestling.

Breakker made his professional wrestling debut on October 8th, 2020, at the “WrestleJam 8” event in Ringgold, Georgia, where he defeated Jamie Hall. In February 2021, he signed a developmental contract with WWE and was assigned to the WWE Performance Center in Orlando, Florida. He debuted on NXT television on September 14th, 2021, under the ring name Bron Breakker, securing a victory against LA Knight.

His tenure in NXT was marked by significant achievements, including two reigns as NXT Champion. He captured his first NXT Championship on January 4th, 2022, by defeating Tommaso Ciampa, and his second on April 4th, 2022, by overcoming Dolph Ziggler. Additionally, Breakker formed a formidable tag team with Baron Corbin, known as the Wolf Dogs. The duo won the 2024 Dusty Rhodes Tag Team Classic and subsequently claimed the NXT Tag Team Championship by defeating The D’Angelo Family.

In early 2024, Breakker transitioned to WWE’s main roster, making his SmackDown debut on February 16, 2024. He was later drafted to the Raw brand in April 2024. At SummerSlam in August 2024, Breakker defeated Sami Zayn to win the Intercontinental Championship, marking his first main roster title. Although he briefly lost the championship to Jey Uso in September 2024, he regained it on October 21, 2024, and has since successfully defended it against formidable opponents such as Ludwig Kaiser and Sheamus.
